Robot premieres Wednesday, June 24th at 10/9c on USA. Robot could be the series that finally, after years of ignorance, puts a deserving network among the likes of HBO, AMC and FX in terms of acclaim. Barring the roll-out of the series’ subsequent episodes, Mr. Robot is a beautifully crafted mystery that’s already causing the kind of questions that could stun the audience in ways some of best shows are known for. Elliot's a wonderful personality to journey around the underground hacking scene of New York City with, and the title character of Mr. There are many themes itching to be explored, and there are many relationships prime for elaboration. Judging the show based only on its pilot, there’s a lot at play with USA’s latest. Robot might just end up being the best of the bunch. Today, there’s a rising trend about how outsiders of the world view what, to the rest of us, feels “normal.” We see characters of this type in shows including iZombie, Scorpion, Fresh Off the Boat, 12 Monkeys, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and now, Mr. From that, we got shows such as Homeland and Nikita – two highly opposing sides of the same coin. A few years ago, this came in the form of a multitude of spy dramas that dealt with the concept of government overreach and secrecy. Much of television moves in cycles where, despite coming from independent sources, many projects of similar type are put into development at the same time because of a cultural feeling at a given moment. Robot's one of the best shows on television based solely on the viewing of its pilot would be hyperbolic, but if that's the restriction we must work under at the moment, then it’s fair to say Mr. However, as he soon learns, the hack was merely the beginnings of a much grander plan being perpetrated by a mysterious man known only by his alias, Mr. Throughout his life, Elliot's found it difficult to interact with the living world around him due to an anti-social disorder, but everything changes the night he encounters the biggest hack of his life. Starring Rami Malek, the series follows the journey of Elliot, a computer programmer working at a cyber security firm by day and playing the role of vigilante hacker by night. However, the continued willingness of the "viewing elite" to not give the network its due might now be considered an unwritten crime thanks to its latest drama, Mr. Because it’s home to WWE’s main franchise – Raw – and was once the center stage for fun, but easy to write-off series such as Burn Notice and White Collar, the network's been unable to gain major acclaim despite being the deliverer of one of the best series on television: Suits. and there’s no network that suffers this fate more than USA. While AMC, FX, HBO, Showtime and a select few others often find themselves at the center of easy to achieve acclaim, the rest of television serves host to shows that while good, hardly ever receive the recognition they deserve.
